Stage Design — Flood lights
Flood lights for washes and facades
A flood light's job is coverage: one fixture throws a wash of colour across a backdrop, a facade or a scene. This sub-family is anchored by the line's published flood model.
FLOOD LIGHTS — ONE SPEC-PUBLISHED MODEL

Washes that cover a surface
Floods are bought in sets and judged as a field, not as single fixtures: what matters is whether the row of them covers the surface evenly and whether the colour matches across the set. The published model in this sub-family is a colour flood with remote control, and its page carries the full electrical and materials table the maker publishes for it.
Outdoor scenes put the same fixture on a facade, where its published ingress grade and body materials — both printed on the model page — become the deciding rows of the table.
The published flood-light model
The F720-200W detail page reproduces the model's specification and packing data exactly as the maker's product page states it, including the remote-control range as the page words it. Buyers costing a wash should start there, count the fixtures their surface needs, and put the set — not a single unit — into the inquiry.
| Surface | How the set is counted | What decides the count |
|---|---|---|
| Stage backdrop | One row along the base, spaced by the throw | Evenness of the wash at the cloth's top edge |
| Building facade | A row at the base or on ledges, aimed up the face | The facade's height and its setbacks |
| Outdoor scene or entrance | Single fixtures at the feature's focal points | Where the audience's eye is meant to land |
String lights and stage fixtures complete most pictures that floods begin; the stage line page shows how the three sub-families divide a venue between them.
