10060-60-SK6812 addressable LED strip
An addressable full-colour strip with one SK6812 IC per LED, cuttable every 3 LEDs, in three ingress-protection options.
10060-60-SK6812 — DC 5V · SK6812 · IP20 / IP65 / IP68 OPTIONS
| Input voltage | DC 5V |
|---|---|
| Lamp power | ±18W per meter |
| IC chip | SK6812 |
| LED chip | SMD 5050 |
| LEDs | 60 per meter |

One chip per LED, along the whole reel
The model number encodes the strip: a dense addressable run in which every LED carries its own SK6812 control chip. That one-to-one ratio is what separates this strip from ordinary RGB product — colour and brightness are addressed per lamp, so effects travel, stack and sparkle along the run instead of changing all at once. Its full published table is reproduced below, from input and consumption to data speed and packing.
The photograph on this page shows strip in an application setting — a lit coil and a facade outline. It is an application view, not a portrait of this model; the model itself is specified by its table.

Notes on this model
- Cuttable every 3 LEDs.
- Three IP options on the same strip line — pick the rating for where the run will sit, and say so in your inquiry.
- The photograph on this page shows strip in an application setting; it is an application view, not a portrait of this model.
Cut it where the design says
The strip is cuttable every 3 LEDs, and that interval quietly becomes the design unit of any project that uses it: letters, shapes and runs are planned in multiples of the cutting step, and offcuts are waste only when the drawing ignored it. Three ingress-protection options are published on the same strip line — the table lists them together — so the indoor cove, the sheltered outline and the fully exposed facade run are one product family with three skins, not three separate purchases.
Data speed is printed in the table because effects depend on it: it bounds how quickly the whole run can be re-drawn, which is the difference between a smooth chase and a visible stutter on long runs. The installation and voltage articles on the blog take both points further.
Stage edges, outlines and displays
This strip does the work addressable strip always does: stage decoration, outlines and coves, sign work and display lighting. The application photograph's castle facade shows the kind of outline work addressable lighting is chosen for.
Specify it as a system. The reel count follows the drawing; the controller is chosen with the strip, on the pixel-controller page; and the power feed is planned at the same time, because a dense addressable run draws heavily per metre of effect.
